Warehouse Associate
Xpand Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable, full-time employment with long-term growth potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
