Now hiring General Labor associates for manufacturing plant in Coconut Creek, FL!
Core Responsibilities:
- Production & Packaging: Assist with assembly lines, organize packing materials, and package finished baked goods securely.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move baking ingredients, supplies, and finished inventory using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Quality & Safety Support: Inspect products for basic quality defects and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Sanitation & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food production or bakery manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to heat (ovens) and flour dust.
- May require shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
