We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and customer‑focused individual to join our team in New York. This role supports daily office operations, merchandise handling, and customer service activities. Candidates living in Queens or nearby areas are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving, classifying, and dispatching merchandise.
Assisting customers and providing guidance on company services.
Managing and updating information in internal systems and Excel.
Organizing merchandise and documentation.
Supporting operational and administrative office tasks.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Ability to lift boxes and perform physical tasks.
Strong customer service attitude.
Proactive, organized, and able to work well in a team.
Responsible and punctual.
Experience with Excel and computer systems.
Availability to work Monday through Sunday (40 hours/week), with two consecutive days off per schedule.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
